Watercolor Class - First watercolor study ... be kind.

These are the first watercolor studies in monochromatic color scheme that I have ever done in watercolor.  Not anything to write home about, but felt it was something to blog.

    what are you talking about i think these are great! i really like the red and yellow ones. watercolors are really hard to work with, but you definitely look like you are getting the hang of them.

    Thanks - you are too kind!!! I think watercolors are extremely difficult to work with. And it seems, I spend more time waiting for the next layer to dry to add just a small layer again. We are doing washes- one layer at a time. It will be interesting to see how it all wraps up at the end of the semester. BUT THANK YOU for your encouraging words!!!
